W1C Doesnt Sync with cloud?

Hi, I just got a W1C. I’ve set up the Wi-Fi and run the connection test — all the steps show 100%. I’ve connected it to the cloud, and it appears on the website. The date and time are synced. I’ve created several employees, but I can’t get the users to appear on the device in the user menu, nor can I figure out how to add the cards to the device.
