Hi @henry.santana … I have same problem after upgraged to the latest version. FYI, my office is using EP300 model. When i click new record, the pop up is ‘value must be between 1 and 2147483647’. I cant understand what it is. Please help. Thanks.

If you are using our previous family EP300 (not EP300 PRO), I would recommend you use the software version 4 or below, as our new family models has some differences on the communication protocol.

As a test, please install 4.3.18 and have a try… Let me know if problem persists:
