When my employees register, sometimes they quickly place their finger multiple times, and the reader scans it several times, resulting in multiple consecutive records. Is there any setting to fix this?

Could you please tell us what devices you are using to register the employees?
You can check the device menu and set “Duplicate punch range” to solve the issue. #Main-Advanced-T&A
Employees can only punch once during the set time.
