Crosschex cloud fingerprint data loss


We have an issue with two EP300 PRO devices connected to cloud.
In the Crosschex cloud, we register the fingerprint and the next day when trying to add new fingerprints for different users, it deletes all users fingerprint. So no users are able to register fingerprints.

Can you please assist us on this matter urgently?

I believe there could be some misunderstanding with the Departments, they work in a different logic as some of other softwares in the market…
