For the random disconnection issue, have you tried factory reset? How’s the result?

the link for firmware update requests don’t work anymore.
I have several A350, but one of these suddenly do not respond to crosschex, after a restart it works for 5 minutes then it stop responds to crosschex. The others functions work properly, I mean I can log as admin, download file, ecc.
I wish to try to upgrade the firmware of this A350, please can you link it to me?
