I have the the CX7. Is there a firmware update for this? I am on currenty 03.76.CA_01_38-M-ARF-MI. The serial number is 1840100024210163 and the kernel ver is g700781d_W02.

It seems that you want to update the firmware for the sake of Cloud setup.

As I replied before, you don’t need to upgrade the device to access the Cloud. However, if you insist, you can try upgrading to the firmware (03.76.CT_01_38) below.

For devices with the firmware suffix(_BT107), they can’t be upgraded to our latest version of firmware directly.

Please upgrade to the firmware (03.76.BQ_BT107)below first. This firmware is pretty large, so you need to upgrade it by a flash driver

After you upgrade to this firmware, you can proceed with other newer firmware then.

Unfortunately, during 1st USB update (large firmware 03.76.BQ_BT107) I have an error “Version number mismatch”

I tried to enter force update mode by this manual https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=brwsnY7ifpA but I wasn’t be able even enter this mode.

Can you help me please to solve it
