w1c pro device suddenly doesn’t work. It goes into a reboot cycle trying to load its software. It stays on the “Loading…” screen and after a few seconds it reboots. Is there a way to start it or get its data?

w1c pro device suddenly doesn’t work. It goes into a reboot cycle trying to load its software. It stays on the “Loading…” screen and after a few seconds it reboots. Is there a way to start it or get its data?
I managed to enter debug mode according to the link. Inserting a USB drive I got a recovery folder. What can I do from here?
From debug mode, when I select [3] to list firmware it gives the message “cannot find any firmware”
