W2 Pro no inicia (doesn´t start)

Tengo un lector biométrico W2Pro que de un momento a otro ser reinició y no arranca, se queda en el logo de Anviz, intente cambiar de fuente y conectarlo con USB al pc pero no inicia, ¿qué pudo ocasionar la falla y como se puede corregir ?

My W2Pro suddenly restarted and won't boot up; it's stuck on the Anviz logo. I tried changing the power supply and connecting it to the PC via USB, but it still won't start. What could have caused the problem, and how can I fix it?

Please, try the debug mode described here how it works: How to Restart The Device or Update Firmware When The Device Is Stuck . If you need an actual device firmware ask it using support@anviz.com indicating the device firmware version found on a sticker at the rear-side of the device.
