W1 Pro doesn't start after factory reset

Hello,

One of my W1 Pro devices doesn’t start after i made a factory reset via web browser.

There is some keys combination or some tool to force the start of it, or some tool to diagnose it?

It was working perfectly before the factory reset.

Hi @trevomatic,

Did you try with the power button located on the left side of the device?

Remove the power plug-in wait 10 seconds and after reinsert it again. Now push the power button.

Yes i tried that left side button and tested it after waiting 10 seconds and even more.

The terminal connected to power and with a lan cable shows blinking yellow and green leds, so it looks like the board is good but the firmware is corrupt or can’t be loaded.

Hi @trevomatic,

Please, try to upload the firmware using the debug mode:

  1. keep pressed [button 1] while power-on the device and it enters the debug mode
  2. insert a USB flash drive with the firmware file
  3. press [button 3] (list firmware)
  4. press [button 1]
  5. when update was done restart the device

Thanks for your suggestion, but it doesn’t start in debug mode either.
