Good evening, I buy Anviz M7 and M3Pro, with card 125 khz I don’t have problem to open the door but if with cards 13.56 mhz the keypad don’t send impulse to open the door. I use CrossChex how software. Please can you help me? Thank you. Raffaele

When swiping the mifare card on the devices, do they give you any feedback, for example the red light shows up, or the green light?
If they do not give you any feedback after swiping card, it´s because they are not compatible with this card frequency.
If they share at least a red light as Access Denied for example, then we can troubleshoot the enrollment process.
