I’m experiencing an issue with my ANVIZ A350. Even when I change the status to “OUT”, it always records it as “IN”. It seems like it’s always taking the work code 0, value 1, and it never records any of the other values.

The statuses are set correctly, so I don’t understand what the problem could be. Before I updated the CrossCheck software, everything was working fine.

Do you mean that you can’t change the attendance status on the A350 device when you try punching?
If so, you can try upgrading the firmware then. In this case, please send a screenshot of the device info in the menu. #Main-Settings-Basic info.
And may I ask what the previous version of CrossChex Standard you are using? Maybe we can try downgrading to the previous one.
