CrossChex Cloud T&A report problem

We have a strange problem at one of our customers: the ‘Timesheets’ menu shows the punch in/out records correctly but switching to ‘T&A Report’ menu all punches appear one day earlier as it really happens (and showed in timesheets).
There’s a W1 Pro in use where the DST setting is the same as in the Cloud.
Any idea why this happens?
