CrossChex v 4.3.17.2 can't upload user to VF30P

CrossChex v 4.3.17.2 can’t upload user to VF30P.

I can get device information, but get an error “can’t establish connection with device” when upload users.

Hi @Pedro ,

VF30P=VF30Pro? Wired or WiFi connection is used? Was earlier the connection to the device successful? Or it’s a new installation?

VF30Pro Wifi.

Meanwhile i discover the problem. The device ID was differente bettwen crosschex configuration and device.
