Data Appearing in Terminal Record but not in CrossChex Standard Record

Dear All

I am currently facing a new issue with my CrossChex Standard and W1 Pro setup.
I noticed that clock-ins at a certain time dosn’t reflect in the CrossChex Standard Database even though I am seeing the record when I log into the terminal.
Kindly assist.
