We have three FacePass Pro 7. They have been working perfectly fine and since December it has started given us issues. Lately it has presented a white screen, the time is always running and the date, but it gets frozen. What could it be. We reset it and it works but cannot be doint this every other time. People won’t trust in the system. What are your suggestions.
