Wrong status at employee registering

We have a problem with bad statuses at Anviz CrossChex Standard.
Sometimes device register bad statuses - 7 or any different.

We are using just two statuses: In and Out (Wejście and Wyjście in our language) numbered by 0 and 1.

Other statuses are just numbers.

Times are set, plan set. Plans added by “inteligent” to ahole employees.

Do You have any idea what is wrong?

Please check if the employees accidentally selected the wrong punching status for the wrong status.

You can check the device’s available statuses and try deleting all other statuses except “0 and 1.”

For those punches already made, you could change their status by batch using the crosschex standard.

Maybe a stupid question, but… How to delete unused statuses except 0 and 1?
I don’t see this option at CrossChex standard…
Do I have to do it in device?

You can change the status here, but note that you can leave the fields empty.

Please upload the settings to the devices after you finish the settings.

Thank You. But it does not solve the problem of bad statuses, because now they are just empty. Do You know why it happens? This happens sometimes and on much time statuses are good, but in a little of times just switching to random status… And it registering employees with bad statuses…
