Name of Device in CrossChex Cloud

Good afternoon to all of you we have a problem with the controller names in the CrossChex Cloud, The devices often don’t display the name and then only show the type number of the device it’s all W1 Pro Bat Controllers How To Solve!
We have more than 8 Controllers in the site of the costumer.

I Hope you can help us all controllers have an own ID Code 1/8
